Sick of Dinner
by CWG on Sep.20, 2011, under Food
Man, i am in such a rut. I don’t even look forward to dinner anymore. Its always the same old food. The same old way. I need something different and exciting. Who has a recipe for something made with hamburger that I’ve never tried? I’m dying of boredom here.
Don’t Nag
by CWG on Sep.14, 2011, under My Life, Our Culture
Sometimes there are ways to remind people that are cool. Sometimes there are ways that make you sound like a whining, nagging bitch. Really. Talk to me. Be nice. Make me WANT to do it. But do not nag me.

Hot Nights
by CWG on Sep.01, 2011, under My Life
For some reason I have always thought that when the sun goes down in the summer time that the temperature is supposed to start dropping. I don’t remember ever being awake at midnight and having it still be over 90 degrees. That is so fucking hot that you can’t sleep. It wouldn’t be so bad if you could just crack open the windows and get a little fucking breeze. But it’s hot and sticky, there’s no breeze, and I don’t even want the dog sleeping next me with his fur coat making me that much hotter.
Government Customers
by CWG on Aug.08, 2011, under A Question, My Life, Our Culture
Does the Government consider our country’s citizens it’s customers? Every time I have had to deal with a government office I get the feeling that I am not a customer. More like a prisoner. I am told to cue up in a long line, I have to fill out and present documents on demand, and have to pay fees that are non-negotiable. The clerks rarely smile or have any manners or graciousness beyond, “Next?” or the obligatory farewell, “Have a nice day.”
It would be nice to be treated as a customer once in a while.
