Drop them bad habits already

I was smoking at work the other day when my co worker stopped and said that I should drop that bad habit and replace to with a good and healthy habit instead. At first I took offense to him saying that but then after a couple of hours thinking about it and a couple more smokes, I decided that he was right and that is exactly what I should do and the next day I went in and thanked him for setting me on the right path to live a longer happier smoke free life.

Sometimes in life you have to be told stuff that is going to make you mad but sometimes it is for your own good not just for others enjoyment. As far as the healthy habits I decided to eat fruit and chew sugar free gum in place of my smoking. one benefit is that I am able to get more work done by not taking so many smoke breaks.

    I applaud and admire you for your strength. I am still struggling with the bad habit of smoking. Everyday I talk to and even curse myself for this. I will use some of your strength and become a proud quitter. Namaste’
